On both of these models, RAM has made the rear axle wider, making it easier for service bodies to fit snugly onto the van. Essentially, it lets the upfits be applied in a flusher way, enhancing the quality and ease of these upfits. To make upfitting even better, the ProMaster also now comes standard with wiring prep for rear speakers and upfit interface connectors, regardless of the model you look at.
